- Must have a valid Drivers License and be a minimum age of 18 to rent Pontoon, A rental contract will be completed before taking a machine off of the property.
- Terms of return: Will pick up at arranged time, in the same location as drop off.
- DAMAGE POLICY: You are responsible for any damage that occurs while the boat is in your possession. All boats are inspected by both the owner and renter at launch time and upon return. A checklist of inspection points will be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. In the event damage or suspected mechanical issues occur while out on the lake, you must stop driving the rental boat and notify us immediately. Continuing to drive the boat can cause more extensive damage.
- CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations made prior to seven (7) days before departure -$25
Cancelations made within seven (7) days of departure = No refund.
If we are unable to deliver the pontoon due to weather or all-day rain,
you will be able to reschedule for another available day.
- RENTER AGE:
We require our renters to be at least 18 years old and have experience operating a boat.
The state of Michigan requires anyone born after June 30, 1996 to have a boaters safety card.
